Position: Clinical Assistant
Birthday: April 1
Hometown: Louisville, KY

Background info: Janet has been blessed to be married to her husband Bob for over 30 years of marriage. She has two daughters, one son, and an addition of a son-in-law that help make their lives complete. She wraps her life around family because that’s where she finds so much joy. Janet began her career in the orthodontic field in 2001 and has seen hundreds of patients find their beautiful smile.

Hobbies/Interests: Janet enjoys hanging out playing volleyball, traveling, reading, camping and singing. She is also an avid dog lover and a HUGE UofL and Chicago Bears fan.

Hidden Talent: It has been witnessed that Janet can swim the length of a pool, underwater, while carrying a full watermelon!

What do you love most about working at Eberle Orthodontics?: “I can tell you that nothing compares to transforming a smile and seeing the happiness it brings. I am very excited to be with Eberle Orthodontics and we enjoy everyone we meet. Dr. Eberle and his team put patient care as their #1 priority and I am very pleased to be a part of that philosophy.”


Position: Clinical Coordinator
Birthday: October 30
Hometown: Buffalo, NY

Background info: Originally from New York, Julie and her family have been in Louisville since 2004. She is married to her husband Jay and they have two children, Quinn and Jaymison. Upon moving to Louisville, Julie began working in the orthodontic field. She originally started as a new patient coordinator before deciding she wanted be where the “action” is – in the clinic caring for patients. You will find that her multiple years of orthodontic experience and great personality combine to make for an enjoyable experience for you and your child.

Hobbies/Interests: Julie’s greatest joy is to spend time with her husband and children. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, reading and traveling.

Hidden Talent: Julie has an amazing ‘gift’ of never (ok, almost) forgetting a name or a face. So don’t be surprised if Julie comes up and says hello the next time you’re at the mall with your family or friends!

What do you love most about working at Eberle Orthodontics?: “I enjoy working with all of our wonderful patients here at Eberle Orthodontics. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve the beautiful smile you deserve.”


Position: Marketing Coordinator/ Clinical Assistant
Birthday: November 26
Hometown: Alexandria, AL

Background info: Melissa was raised in Alabama but has lived in four different states since high school; including spending five years in San Francisco (make sure you ask me about the big earthquake that happened during the World Series). She married her husband Doug in 1998. They have two daughters, Logan and Mallory. They also have a dog, cat, hamster, and fish. Melissa began her orthodontics career in 2002 in Georgia. Upon moving to Louisville she stayed home with her youngest daughter for a while. Soon she was ready to get back to work and was thrilled to find Dr. Eberle and his staff!

Hobbies/Interests: Melissa has been the President of the MOMS Club of Louisville SE since 2011. She also loves spending time with her family and traveling. She also enjoys searching for pieces of her husband’s great-grandfather’s pottery at antique shops.

Hidden Talent: Melissa knows the lyrics to almost every 80’s song. Not that she is that old, just that cool!

What do you love most about working at Eberle Orthodontics?: “I love seeing our wonderful patients and getting to know them while watching their smiles transform!”


Position: Financial Coordinator
Birthday: January 6
Hometown: Fairfax, VA

Background info: Robin was born and raised in Virginia, but loves living in Louisville. She graduated from Radford University with a B.S. in Business/Marketing along with a minor in Psychology. She lived in Fairfax until marrying Matt, and they moved around a few times while Matt was in the U.S. Coast Guard. They lived in Pensacola and Clearwater, FL and then moved to Kodiak Island, AK. They finally moved to Louisville in 2001 and look forward to living in this area for many more years, as Robin’s parents have moved here as well.

Hobbies/Interests: Robin enjoys spending time with family as much as possible and she enjoys the time she gets to spend with good friends. Robin has wonderful dogs (her “children”) named Duke, Misty and Turbo! Outside of working at Eberle Orthodontics, Robin really enjoys her time at the gym, running around the backyard playing with and walking her dogs, vacations to the beach, waterskiing (it has been several years) and as she finds the time, she looks forward to golfing again.

Hidden Talent: Karaoke superstar without the big label contract… yet!!

What do you love most about working at Eberle Orthodontics?: “I have worked as an office manager for dentists since 1999. Prior to the working in the dental field, I was in human resources, management (HR), sales and job placement in a variety of positions. At Eberle Orthodontics, I am excited to serve you with my experience and share in the great work that this practice will do to deliver your beautiful, confident new smile!”


Position: New Patient Coordinator
Birthday: March 29
Hometown: Louisville, KY

Background info: Sharon and her husband, Mark, are blessed with four amazing children, one girl and three boys who keep her on her toes and smiling every day! She was born and raised in Louisville and studied psychology at the University of Louisville. She has been in the dental field since 2000, beginning with five years in orthodontics before spending six in the implant dentistry field. Now she’s back to the fun, high energy environment of orthodontics and she loves it. She has experience in the areas of front office management, surgical assistant, new patient coordinator, and now orthodontic laboratory and practice relations in our local schools.  Sharon loves interacting with patients and truly getting to know each family.

Hobbies/Interests: Sharon enjoys spending time with family, friends, and being involved with her church home at Southeast Christian Church. She adores family vacations to the beach, cooking for those she loves, walks in the park, and reading.

Hidden Talent: Scratch cooking. Sharon loves cooking for others and starting with the ‘raw’ ingredients.

What do you love most about working at Eberle Orthodontics?: “I feel blessed to serve alongside Dr. Eberle and our team in a Christ-centered office. I look forward to meeting you soon!”

Amy Amy

Position: Lab Coordinator and Clinical Assistant

Background info: Amy is a native of Lexington, KY and has been living in Simpsonville since 2005. She grew up around dentistry, her mother being a dental assistant herself. Following her footsteps, Amy started assisting in general dentistry in 1990 and began orthodontic assisting in 1996. Over the course of 25 years, Amy married her husband, Mike, and they have four children.

Hobbies/Interests: Most of her activities revolve around her kids! Boy Scouts, ballet, marching band, music lessons… and hiking through the woods is her favorite. She also plays the violin! Amy and her family are members of St. Michael’s Church.

What do you love most about working at Eberle Orthodontics?: “I honestly look forward to coming to work every day because I LOVE what I do. There is such a satisfaction with seeing patients come in and seeing the results after treatment. We are on this journey with them to achieve a beautiful smile!”


Position: Practice Administrator

Background Info: Darin and his family moved to Crestwood, KY in 2002 where they still live today. Most of his career has been spent in ministry in churches in Illinois, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. He joined Eberle Orthodontics in July 2015 and has been on a learning curve since then!

Hobbies/Interest: Darin and his wife, Angela, have been married 25 years and have three children. They enjoy camping, cooking, spending time in their pool with friends, and visiting local antique shops. They are members of the Oldham Campus of Southeast Christian Church.

Hidden Talents: At this time, no real “talent” has been noticed… other than occasional dance moves in the office!

What do you love most about working at Eberle Orthodontics?: “I enjoy being able to learn about the world of orthodontics and being able to see the difference in the smiles of our patients! Our staff has a lot of fun working together, and we would love to be able to serve you and your family!”
