Robin – Office and Financial Coordinator
I’m so glad to be working at Eberle Orthodontics and to be part of this great team! My position is Office/Treatment Coordinator and I look forward to guiding you through this exciting experience to provide your new smile. I was born and raised in Northern VA, but I really love living in Louisville. I graduated from Radford University in 1990 with a B.S. in Business/Marketing along with a minor in Psychology. I lived in Fairfax, VA, until I married my husband, Matt. We have been married since 1992 and have moved around a few times while he was in the U.S. Coast Guard. We lived in Pensacola followed by Clearwater, FL for just over 4 years and then moved to Kodiak Island, AK, for 2 ½ years. We finally moved to Louisville in 2001 and we look forward to living in this area for several years, as my parents moved here too!! I really enjoy spending time with family as much as possible and I enjoy the time I get to spend with good friends. I have two wonderful black Labs (my children) named Duke and Misty! Outside of work, I really enjoy my time at the gym, running around the backyard playing with and walking my dogs, vacations to the beach, waterskiing (but it has been several years) and as I find some time I look forward to golfing and tennis again.
I have worked as an Office Manager for dentists since 1999. Prior to the working in the dental field, I was in human resources, on-site management (HR), sales and job placement for a variety of positions. I am excited to serve you with my experience and share in the great work that this practice will do to deliver your beautiful and confident new smile!
Diana – Records Coordinator
Hi! My name is Diana and I’ve been a dental assistant since 1986. I am married to Mike, the love of my life. We have two wonderful sons. Branden is married to a fabulous woman named Jamie and they have blessed us with four precious grandchildren; Lexie, Branden, Averie and Carsyn, and our son Blake has twins named Cooper and Lilly. We moved here from my hometown of Nashville, TN over 20 yrs ago. We currently live in Taylorsville and are active members of Southeast Christian Church. My hobbies are family time, photography and gardening, relaxing in my porch swing with a good book, and listening to music. My weakness is Starbucks and desserts. I feel very blessed to have been given the opportunity to work at such a wonderful office, with a caring and Godly employer and a great team of ladies.
LaDonna – Scheduling Coordinator
Hello and welcome! My name is LaDonna and I have been in the dental field since 1996. I was originally trained and certified as an EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) and I greatly enjoy and have so much passion for my career here at Eberle Orthodontics. I am very excited to be part of this great team here as your Scheduling Coordinator. I look forward to helping you or your child in any way possible. In 1994, I married my high school sweetheart Stacy. I am a mother of two great children (most of time!) named Ashton and Dawson. We live on a small farm in Shelby County, where we raise cattle. In the summer months I enjoy boating and traveling to Gatlinburg, Tennessee with my family. The mountains are always so beautiful that time of year. I look so forward to meeting you!
Lori – New Patient Coordinator and Practice Relations
Hello, My name is Lori Ethington and I have been working at Eberle Orthodontics since 2009 as Practice Relations and New Patient Coordinator. I am the mother of two children; Jalynn and Jayden, and we have a boxer named Daisy. We have a full household! We live in Simpsonville and I enjoy spending time with my children, running, traveling, outdoors, and anything that involves church. I enjoy traveling with my family to Gatlinburg and spending time in the mountains. I am a member of Southeast Christian Church and enjoy services and the friends I have made there. I enjoy volunteering and doing anything I can to help others out in my spare time. Dr. Eberle is remarkable person to work for and this team is like a second family. I look forward to each new day to meet new patients help them take their first step to obtaining their beautiful new smile!
Kerry – Clinical Assistant
Hello, my name is Kerry!! I have had the opportunity to work in the exciting field of Orthodontics since 1998. It has been a joy working closely with patients, helping create their beautiful smiles, while developing lasting relationships. My husband Brian and I have been married since 2007, and he has been the most amazing addition to my life. We share the same spiritual values and both enjoy spending time with family and friends. In our free time you will find us at the gym or enjoying any outdoor activity. With God being the central focus of my life, I feel truly blessed to have found a practice that shares the same Christian principles I follow. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your beautiful new smile.
Julie - Clinical Assistant
Hi! My name is Julie. I have been working in the orthodontic field since 2004. I started as a new patient coordinator and then decided that I wanted to be where the “action” is - in the clinic! I have really enjoyed working with all of our wonderful patients at Eberle Orthodontics. When I’m not at work, my greatest joy is spending time with my husband Jay and our three year old son Quinn. We are originally from Buffalo, NY, but we have been in Louisville since 2004 and it really feels like home to us. I look forward to meeting you and helping you receive the beautiful smile you deserve.
Janet – Clinical Assistant
Hello, my name is Janet and I have been working in orthodontics since 2001. I can tell you that nothing compares to transforming a smile and seeing the happiness it brings. I have been blessed with over 29 years of marriage and three great children that help make our lives complete. We have also had the recent addition of an amazing son-in-law. I wrap my life around family because that is where I find so much joy. You can also find me hanging out, playing volleyball or traveling with friends. I am very excited to be with Eberle Orthodontics. Dr. Eberle and his staff put patient care as their #1 priority and I am very pleased to be a part of that philosophy.
